Pure Water Production Line
Designed Capacity: 600–1,000 BPH for 500ml
Container Types: 500ml / 1,000ml PET Bottles
Semi-Automatic Line Configuration
Water purification and bottling is a critical process that requires both in-depth knowledge of water treatment technologies and appropriate production equipment.
For students training in this profession, access to professional-grade equipment and comprehensive instruction is essential in order to develop proper techniques and build a solid professional foundation.
This comprehensive offer provides all the tools and equipment required for students, vocational schools, and training programs in water bottling technology. It represents a turnkey solution that ensures a safe, efficient, and productive learning environment.
WORKSHOP CONTENT
1) The water bottling workshop is designed to accommodate 12 to 18 trainees in its standard configuration.
2) The workshop is fully equipped and 100% compliant with international standards and norms for drinking water production (WHO guidelines, HACCP, ISO 22000).
3) The professional-grade equipment covers all stages of bottled water production, from raw water intake to final packaging, including water treatment (filtration, reverse osmosis, UV and ozone sterilization), PET bottle manufacturing, automated washing, filling, capping, labeling, and shrink-wrap packaging.
4) The annual production capacity of the standard equipment is approximately 1,500,000 bottles (500ml) based on single-shift operation (8h/day, 250 days/year). Alternative units with higher capacities are available upon request.
5) The equipment allows for the production of multiple bottle formats (500ml and 1,000ml) using the same production line with quick changeover capability. Production methods, quality protocols, and standard operating procedures are included in the delivery.
6) Advanced training for trainers is essential to ensure optimal operation of the workshop. In addition to on-site training after installation and commissioning, a comprehensive training program is conducted covering all required process details as well as hygiene, maintenance, water quality control, and equipment operation aspects.
7) A significant quantity of consumables is included in the delivery, covering initial production runs: PET preforms, screw caps, shrink labels, PE packaging film, ink cartridges, filter media, and RO membranes.
8) A comprehensive set of essential and practical accessories, selected based on the experience of professional water bottling operators, completes the workshop and makes it a fully turnkey solution.
TECHNICAL CONTENT
The production system is organized into three integrated subsystems:
Part 1 – Pure Water Treatment System (1,000 L/H)
The water treatment system transforms raw water into purified drinking water through a multi-stage process:
• Raw water storage tank (1,000L, stainless steel)
• Raw water pump (2T/H) for stable pressure supply
• Quartz sand filter – removal of sediment, rust, and suspended particles
• Activated carbon filter – removal of chlorine, odor, color, and organic matter
• Sodium ion exchanger – water softening (calcium and magnesium removal)
• Precision filter – fine particle removal before reverse osmosis
• Reverse osmosis system (1T/H) – removal of >97% dissolved salts and >99% microorganisms
• UV sterilizer – ultraviolet disinfection of purified water
• Ozone generator (5G/H) – final disinfection in storage tank
• Pure water storage tank (1,000L, stainless steel)
• Complete connecting pipework between all components
Part 2 – Semi-Automatic PET Bottle Blow Molding System
The bottle manufacturing system produces PET bottles from preforms using stretch blow molding technology:
• Semi-automatic PET blow molding machine – 800–1,000 bottles/hour for 500ml
• High-pressure air compressor (1.2m³/min, 3.0 MPa, 11kW)
• Air cooling dryer (2.0m³, 3.0 MPa) – moisture removal from compressed air
• Air filters (2 units) – particle and oil removal for clean blowing air
• Water chiller (3HP / 5HP) – mold cooling for correct bottle formation
• Bottle molds: 500ml (2-cavity) and 1,000ml (2-cavity)
• PLC control system, infrared preform heater, and complete spare parts set
Part 3 – Filling and Packaging System (1,000 BPH @ 500ml)
The filling and packaging line handles all post-production steps from bottle washing to final packaging:
• Automatic bottle washing machine (12 heads) – water or air rinse
• Automatic filling machine (12 heads) – normal pressure gravity filling
• Automatic capping machine (1 head with automatic cap sorter)
• Light inspection station – visual quality check for impurities
• Semi-automatic shrink sleeve labeling machine with steam shrink tunnel and steam generator (12kW)
• Inkjet printer (600dpi, 5” touchscreen, 24 languages) – date codes, batch numbers, expiry dates
• Semi-automatic PE film shrink packaging machine (3–4 packages/min, ref: 24 bottles/pack)
• Belt conveyor system (7m) with motor – connecting all stations
DIDACTIC CONTENT
The didactic program is designed for a vocational training school in Food Technology / water bottling technology and aims to train operators who are capable of mastering the entire production process—from raw water intake to commercialization—while complying with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
The program is structured progressively and combines theoretical instruction, practical work, case studies, and applied projects.
Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to:
• Understand the scientific and technical principles of water purification and bottling
• Analyze and evaluate raw water quality (pH, TDS, turbidity, microbiological parameters)
• Independently carry out all stages of the water treatment and bottling process
• Operate and maintain reverse osmosis systems, UV and ozone sterilization equipment
• Manufacture PET bottles from preforms using blow molding technology
• Control product quality, stability, and safety throughout the production chain
• Implement HACCP principles and food safety management systems
• Manage a water bottling facility from a technical, regulatory, and economic perspective
PROGRAM STRUCTURE BY MODULE
• Module 1 – Introduction to Water Bottling and Industry Overview
• Module 2 – Water Sources and Raw Water Analysis
• Module 3 – Water Treatment Science
• Module 4 – Water Treatment Process
• Module 5 – PET Bottle Manufacturing
• Module 6 – Filling and Packaging Technology
• Module 7 – Equipment and Installations

SELF-FINANCING OPPORTUNITIES
In addition to its purely educational role, the workshop offers an excellent opportunity for self-financing. This can be achieved either through direct sales of the final product (a complete filling line, labeling machine, and packaging system are included in the offer) or through additional training courses provided to industry professionals.
The production capacity of the workshop (up to 1,000 bottles per hour) enables meaningful commercial output. At single-shift operation, annual production can reach approximately 1.5 million bottles (500ml), providing a substantial revenue base for the training institution.
Additional revenue streams include: contract bottling services for local brands, specialized training programs for water treatment operators, and consulting services for new bottling plant installations in the region, also for Drilling Technology for water wells.
In addition, depending on the configuration, we offer you the following useful extension options:
