
Food Processing
Food processing is the set of methods used to transform raw ingredients into food products that are safe to eat, easier to store, and more convenient to prepare.
It includes activities such as cleaning, cutting, milling, cooking, pasteurizing, freezing, fermenting, packaging, and preserving food to improve its shelf life, safety, taste, and consistency.
Besides the fact that food processing fundamentally adds value to staple foods, it is especially important because it makes it possible to feed large, growing urban populations and support mass production and long-distance distribution, food safety and of course creating new jobs in different areas.
For this department, we offer a general didactic overall solution that addresses the individual processes.
The individual didactic training units are fully functional and can be used in real operation, and are equipped with industrial components; however, due to their limited capacity and size, they are only suitable for production purposes to a limited extent.
The workshop complies 100% with international standards.
The workshop is designed for 24–30 trainees.
All equipment is supplied with the corresponding manuals and course descriptions.
The equipment operates in accordance with the highest international safety standards.

Mixing vessels, HTST/UHT System, Carbonator, Filling and Capping, Homogenisation Sub-Systems, Laboratory Pasteuriser, Contact Plate Freezer, Laboratory Drum Dryer, Disc Bowl Centrifuge, Fluidised Bed Dryer, Spray Dryer, Hydrogenation Unit, Laboratory Process Chiller, Sterile Filling Systemboratory-Scale Rapid Extractor, Oil Extraction Screw Press, Butter Churn, Cross Flow Membrane Filtration, Plate and Frame Filter Press, Cheese Vat & Cheese Making Accessories, Butter Churn, Hammer/Beater Mill, Autoclave and Others.
Food processing is generally a very broad field that covers a wide range of individual production areas and professional sectors.
In this context, we offer several complete solutions that can be used 100% autonomously as training and real production units, thereby taking into account the entire real industrial chain and also offering the possibility of self-financing for the individual institutions.
