Some workshops cannot be offered as standard versions, as several critical prerequisites must be aligned and discussed with the client in advance.
In addition, these workshops require thorough upfront planning based on multiple parameters, which may include, but are not limited to:
Defined customer requirements and expected outcomes
Total production capacity of the manufacturing unit
Degree of automation (semi-automated vs. fully automated systems)
Number of trainees / apprentices involved
Existing qualification level and prior technical knowledge of operating personnel
Installed technical infrastructure and available equipment
Applicable environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations relevant to the production unit
Overall project scope, performance requirements, and budgetary constraints
Additional technical and operational planning parameters
These fully equipped training and production units—typically associated with a significant capital expenditure—can, subject to prior technical alignment, also be engineered, supplied, and commissioned as dedicated production units.
Depending on the qualification level and prior technical expertise of the operating personnel, intensive technical training programs, as well as on-site or remote engineering support (as required and contractually defined), are integral components of the overall system design and project scope.
Required civil works and the provision of pre-defined infrastructure are generally not within DMH’s scope of supply and must be executed locally in accordance with the specified plans.
Detailed technical specifications will be provided and aligned in advance.

Leather Processing : Integrated processing line from raw hide to finished, ready-to-use leather.
Tile and Ceramic manufacturing : from raw material preparation to packaged finished products in multiple variants.
Drinking water treatment, filling, and packaging line : Integrated processing line from well water to packaged and labeled bottled water.
Either as a vocational training unit incorporating a complete industrial production process, including a customized curriculum, or as a dedicated production unit with a customer-defined production output aligned with the available budget.

Having good training in a vocational school as a painter (often called a painter and decorator, or painting contractor) is important because painting is not just applying color to walls. The complete standard painting workshop is designed for approx. 25–28 apprentices in its basic version.
The workshop is fully equipped and 100% internationally compatible as a basic complete solution.

Usual Training Program in Vocational School
Module 1: Introduction & Safety: trade overview and work ethics, workplace safety (PPE, ladders/scaffolds, chemicals), tools and equipment handling
Module 2: Materials & Paint Systems: paint types (emulsion, acrylic, enamel, primers), fillers, sealers, adhesives, reading technical data sheets, surface compatibility
Module 3: Surface Preparation: cleaning, sanding, filling, smoothing, crack repair and basic plastering, masking/protecting floors, windows, furniture
Module 4: Basic Painting Techniques: brushing, rolling, cutting-in edges, applying primer and topcoats, avoiding common defects (streaks, peeling, bubbling)
Module 5: Decorative Techniques: color mixing and color theory, simple decorative finishes (textures, patterns), basic wallpapering (optional)
Module 6: Practical Workshop Projects: compl. room project: inspection / preparation / painting / finishing, teamwork and time planning, quality checks and correction work
Module 7: Professional Skills: customer communication, cost estimation basics (materials + time), job documentation and cleaning standards Final Exam / Assessment
