In line with our educational philosophy, this complete stationary system combines basic process engineering, quality control, business management, and sustainable value creation in a very straightforward hands-on way. Learners build a strong competency profile – from sorting all the way to marketing.

Hands-on Experience in Every Step:
Collection & Sorting (PET, PP, PE, HDPE etc.) → Washing, Shredding, Grinding → Extrusion, Pelletizing, Compounding → Injection Molding / Forming → Quality Control & Marketing of Recycled Products. Including material analysis, sensory and technical testing.
Competency Framework – Structured in 6 Domains:
Plastic Knowledge & Material Understanding – Types, properties, sourcing – the foundation for safe jobs
Processing & Production Flows – Sorting (NIR), extrusion, pelletizing, optimization – core skills for machine operators
Quality Control & Analysis – Purity, strength, certification – key to trusted products & higher prices
Equipment, Safety & Regulations – Safe operation, wastewater, occupational safety – professional standards for long-term employment
Business Management, Sales & Customer Value – Pricing models, local markets, profitability – how to sell locally and secure income
Professional Skills & Employability – Teamwork, entrepreneurship, jobs in the sector – preparation for real employment or starting your own business
The equipment package (basic version) is designed for 16–20 participants (group work, 4–6 per station) and includes more than 25 individual positions. We customize everything to fit: from simple entry-level to advanced production.
