The processing of palm fruits into high-quality palm oil and palm kernel oil is a complex process that requires both in-depth expertise and appropriate equipment.

WORKSHOP CONTENT – KEY FEATURES
1. The palm oil & palm kernel oil processing workshop is designed in its standard configuration for 12 to 18 trainees.
2. The workshop is fully equipped and 100% compliant with international standards and norms.
3. The professional-grade equipment covers all processing steps – from fruit reception and cleaning, through sterilization/steaming, threshing (fruit separation), pressing, clarification, kernel drying, cracking, kernel pressing, to refining, filtration, and filling/packaging.
4. The annual production capacity of the standard equipment is approximately 30 tons of crude oil (palm oil) or the corresponding amount of palm kernel oil (depending on configuration).
Alternative units with capacities from 10 to 500 kg/h fruit input (up to several hundred tons per year) are available upon request.
5. The plant enables the production of various product qualities (crude palm oil, refined palm oil, palm kernel oil, palm oil by-products). Processing methods, process parameters, and formulations for different end products are included in the delivery.
6. Advanced training for instructors is essential for the optimal operation of the workshop. In addition to on-site training after installation and commissioning, a 10–12 day intensive training program is conducted at our production partner’s facilities (prior to equipment shipment). This training covers all process details as well as hygiene, maintenance, quality control, and environmental protection aspects.
7. A comprehensive set of essential and practical accessories – selected based on the experience of professional palm oil producers – completes the workshop and makes it a fully turnkey solution.
Didactic Content
The training program is specifically designed for vocational schools and training institutions in palm oil and palm kernel oil processing. The goal is to train professionals who master the entire process – from raw material to marketing – while complying with quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental standards.
The program is structured progressively and combines theoretical instruction, practical exercises, case studies, and applied projects.
Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to:
