Stationary Training System for Hydraulics and Pneumatics
Back to previous page

Practice-Oriented Industrial Training for Assembly, Operation, Maintenance, and Servicing.
In line with our training concept, this training area combines the fundamentals of hydraulics and pneumatics with hands-on
industrial applications, typical work processes, and systematic fault diagnosis and maintance.
The program is consistently oriented toward industrial practice and is based on real machines, systems, and equipment as
used in manufacturing, logistics, vehicle technology, construction, and everyday technical applications.
Hydraulic and pneumatic systems are core components of modern industrial installations—from production machines, presses,
and conveyor systems to construction machinery, agricultural equipment, and commercial vehicles, as well as elevators, automatic doors,
packaging machines, and workshop and service equipment.
The objective of the training is to understand these systems, assemble them correctly, operate them safely, maintain them efficiently,
and repair them professionally.
Learning Across the Complete Functionality of Fluid Power Systems
The training program is structured along the entire functional chain of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. This enables trainees to develop
a coherent, application-oriented competency profile that can be applied directly in everyday professional practice.
Hands-On Training in a fully equipped Classroom. Using the fully equipped stationary training system, participants work directly with
realistic industrial components.
The focus is on independent system assembly, commissioning, testing, and fault diagnosis on fully functional systems.

Key practical learning contents include:
Fundamentals of Fluid Power : Pressure, force, flow rate, and motion, differences and fields of application of hydraulics and pneumatics and energy transmission and operating principles
Pneumatic Systems : Generation and preparation of compressed air (compressor, filters, regulators), design and assembly of pneumatic control systems, use of cylinders, valves, and flow control valves and basic circuits and simple sequence controls.
Hydraulic Systems : Hydraulic power units, pumps, and pressure control, power transmission using hydraulic cylinders and motors, pressure, directional, and flow control valves and typical applications in machinery and heavy equipment.
Circuit Diagrams and Standards : reading and implementing pneumatic and hydraulic circuit diagrams, standard-compliant symbols and uUnderstanding functional and sequence diagrams.
Operation, Maintenance, and Repair : professional commissioning of systems, systematic fault diagnosis in cases of pressure loss, leaks, or malfunctions, replacement and testing of components and preventive maintenance, safe shutdown procedures, and occupational safety.
Direct Benefits for Industry, Service, and Maintenance : The knowledge acquired in this course is directly relevant to professional practice.
The basic package is designed for 18 to 24 trainees, organized in group-based training with rotating practical stations (6–8 participants per station).
The complete offering includes more than 50 training-relevant individual components.
In addition to the technical equipment, we provide a detailed course and teaching concept covering all learning stages—from basic principles to practical application—including exercises, assignments, and repetition units.
The training system is designed for continuous use: robust construction, durable components, easy cleaning, and safe operation.
In addition to our core Hydraulics & Pneumatics offering, we provide an optional extension MODULES that can be integrated into your institution’s infrastructure :
