Complete Coffee Roastry Workshop
with complete professional / industrial equipment
In line with our educational philosophy, this sub-department that combines food production, basic process engineering, quality control, business operations, and hospitality in a very “hands-on” way, is designed around the full coffee value chain, enabling learners to develop a coherent set of competencies.
Depending on their interests and career goals, apprentices may specialize in a specific field or—driven by entrepreneurial ambition—progress toward establishing their own business at any stage of the program.
With our offered fully equipped workshop, students gain practical experience across all technical and operational steps: from receiving and storing green coffee, through multiple roasting methods and profile development, to the preparation of specialty coffee products.
The training further includes packaging, labeling, and commercialization, ensuring graduates are prepared not only for employment in the sector but also for independent entrepreneurial activity.
KEY FEATURES :
Our full offering includes more than 75 individual items related to the topic of coffee roasting.
The equipment package (basic version) is designed for approximately 16 to 20 students.
In combination with the offered equipment, we provide a detailed and complete course program covering all steps of the topic – from the supply chain of raw beans to the preparation of coffee specialties and packaging and commercial aspects (local or export).
Competency Framework (Structure),
grouped into 6 domains:
Coffee Knowledge & Product Literacy (CK)
Roasting & Production Operations (RP)
Quality Control & Sensory (QS)
Equipment, Safety & Compliance (ES)
Business, Sales & Customer Value (BS)
Professional Skills & Employability (PE)
Beyond its purely educational purpose, the workshop offers the institution an opportunity to generate self-financing revenues through coffee production.
This includes the direct commercialization of packaged or unpackaged roasted coffee, as well as the option to operate an in-house coffee shop, either on campus or externally.
Contact us, we are happy to assist you in developing your own concept, whether as a standalone solution or in combination with other departments.
