Our comprehensive offering includes all tools, machines, and equipment required for hands-on training in sheet metal processing, body construction, and vehicle repair in the automotive sector.

This complete workshop has been specially designed for trainees, vocational schools, and training programs in the field of body and vehicle construction mechanic (as well as automotive mechatronics technician with a focus on bodywork) and ensures a safe, efficient, and realistic learning environment – from passenger cars to trucks. 

KEY FEATURES

• The basic equipment is designed for 18 to 24 trainees. 

• The workshop complies 100% with the current requirements of the training regulation (latest version 2023/reorganization), the IHK/HWK framework curricula, as well as international standards for bodywork and sheet metal technology. 

• With more than 110 individual components, the offering includes all professional hand and special tools, machines, welding equipment, bending and forming technology, diagnostic and measuring instruments, straightening and lifting systems, workstations, as well as safety and protective equipment required for training in sheet metal processing and bodywork technology.

• Cutting and Separating Technology: Nibblers, sheet metal shears, plasma cutters, cut-off grinders, optional laser/waterjet cutting systems 

• Forming and Bending Technology: Sheet metal brakes/folding machines, hydraulic presses, dent removal tools (hammer & dolly sets), body and frame straightening benches 

• Welding and Joining Technology: MIG/MAG, TIG, and spot welding machines, resistance welding guns, adhesive bonding and riveting systems 

• Surface and Protection Technology: Grinding and polishing machines, corrosion protection application equipment, dent removal and straightening sets 

• Assembly & Quality Assurance: Assembly workstations, 3D measuring systems, ultrasonic testing devices, safety equipment (respiratory protection, welding screens, extraction systems) 

• Automotive-Specific: Training body panels (passenger car/truck models), crash structure simulations, high-voltage-safe workstations (for electromobility)
