Standart DMH-Workshop
Fully Equipped Training and Workshop Environment for Hands-On Vocational Training
In line with our action-oriented and practice-focused training concept, this area is structured to cover the entire value chain of modern energy and building technology – from basic electrical installations through control, safety, and building systems technology to energy-efficient, intelligent, and sustainable building solutions.
The training station integrates electrical Fundamentals & Installation and building technology, occupational safety, standards knowledge (VDE, DGUV), fault diagnosis, project work, and entrepreneurial thinking in a consistently realistic learning environment.
Trainees thereby develop a comprehensive, practice-relevant competency profile that specifically prepares them for everyday work in crafts, industry, facility management, or future self-employment.
Hands-On learning based on real work processes with the fully equipped stationary training workshop, participants gain genuine practical experience in all typical activities of the profession:
-> Planning and execution of electrical installations
-> Construction, wiring, and commissioning of distribution boards and switch cabinets
-> Installation of sockets, lighting, switching, and control systems
-> Measurement, testing, and fault-finding work in accordance with applicable standards (VDE, DIN, DGUV)
-> Professional use of hand tools, power tools, pipe tools, and measuring instruments
-> Work on control, safety, fire alarm, and building technology components
-> Fundamentals of energy efficiency, protective measures, the 5 safety rules, and occupational safety
-> Documentation, test protocols, commissioning reports, and customer-oriented handover
Comprehensive equipment for realistic training
The training station includes over 120 practice-relevant individual components and tools, specifically tailored to the requirements of the vocational training profession Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology.
From extensive hand tools (pliers, screwdrivers, crimping tools), pipe bending and cutting tools, to high-quality measurement and testing technology (multimeters, insulation testers, calipers, feeler gauges) – everything enables both basic training and advanced applications in switch cabinet construction,
PV installation, or smart home technology.
KEY FEATURES
-> Designed for approximately 18–24 trainees (extendable)
-> Work in small groups (6–8 persons per workstation)
-> Combination of stationary workstations, mobile training modules, and workshop benches
The entire facility is designed for permanent stationary operation: robust workbenches, professional tools, practice-oriented
modules – developed for long-term use in training and qualification.
