Module BL-AK Extensional equipment for Asian Kitchen

Extending a European kitchen into Asian cuisine is not just about buying new gadgets, but adding a few high-heat cooking stations and specialized prep equipment that support the workflow of wok cooking, rice production, steaming, and fast service. 


DHM offers a basic (extendable) range of equipment that enables your department to teach students the famous Asian Cuisine (Chinese, Thai, Vienamese and Japanese). 


The offer include the basic cooking equipment (including WOK-, Sushi-, Rice- and other speciality-tools), as well as all the needed peripheral tools (complete cuttlery, dishes and other specific tools). 


In addition, we offer a set of spices and necessary sauces (soy sauce, oyster sauce, etc.) with a 2-year shelf life, as well as a set of cookbooks for Asian cuisine.
