Beer breewing
Beer brewing is a complex process that requires both in-depth knowledge and appropriate equipment. For students training in this
profession, access to high-quality equipment and comprehensive instruction is essential in order to develop proper techniques and
build a solid professional foundation.
This comprehensive offer provides all the tools and equipment required for students, vocational schools, and training programs in
beer brewing technology. It represents a turnkey solution that ensures a safe, efficient, and productive learning environment.
Workshop Content
1) The beer brewing workshop is designed to accommodate 12 to 18 trainees in its standard configuration.
2) The workshop is fully equipped and 100% compliant with international standards and norms.
3) The professional-grade equipment covers all stages of beer production, from malting to bottling, including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, cooling, fermentation, maturation, and conditioning.
4) The annual production capacity of the standard equipment is 30 hectoliters (HL).
Alternative units with capacities ranging from 50 HL up to 10,000 HL are available upon request.
5) The equipment allows for the brewing of multiple beer styles. Brewing methods and recipes are included in the delivery.
6) Advanced training for trainers is essential to ensure optimal operation of the workshop. In addition to on-site training after installation and commissioning, a 10–12 day training program is conducted at our manufacturing partner’s facilities in Austria prior to equipment shipment. This training covers all required process details as well as hygiene, maintenance, and quality control aspects.
7) A significant quantity of consumables (ingredients such as malts and grains, hops, yeasts, and additives) is included in the delivery.
8) A comprehensive set of essential and practical accessories, selected based on the experience of professional brewers, completes the workshop and makes it a fully turnkey solution.

The didactic program is designed for a vocational training school in beer brewing and aims to train brewers who are capable of mastering the entire brewing process—from raw materials to commercialization—while complying with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
The program is structured progressively and combines theoretical instruction, practical work, case studies, and applied projects.
Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to:
• Understand the scientific and technical principles of beer brewing
• Select and use raw materials (water, malt, hops, yeast)
• Independently carry out all stages of the brewing process
• Control product quality, stability, and safety
• Design recipes and develop beer styles
• Manage a microbrewery from a technical, regulatory, and economic perspective
